Two decades of recorded inquiry into health, sourcing, and the body's own intelligence. Curated by Ian Clark, Founding Curator.
Drag horizontally to scrub through twenty years. Above the line: third-party appearances. Below: Younger Than Yesterday. Tier-1 mainstream pulses brighter.
Age 46. A tumor, heart failure, and liver failure — diagnosed simultaneously. The prognosis: under three years. Ian rejected genetic determinism, and seven years of obsessive self-experimentation later, every marker was back in normal range.
By the end of 2009, every marker was back in normal range. At that point I said — let's see how far we can take this.

In a sealed photobioreactor on the coast of Spain, marine biologists were growing the cleanest marine phytoplankton in the world. Ian found them, partnered with them, and built Activation Products around the principle that where it comes from matters more than what it is.
Rather than growing it in an open pond or taking it from the polluted ocean — they were using a photobioreactor. Essentially a sealed mini-ocean.

Ben Greenfield. Jim Kwik. Darin Olien. The Chris Voss Show with 24 million subscribers. The Biohack Yourself documentary alongside RFK Jr., Dave Asprey, and Daniel Amen. By 2024, the thesis was being asked for in the rooms that move markets.
After all of it — every diet I tried for years at a time — what works is simpler than what most people are doing.

Younger Than Yesterday — Ian's own catalog — debuts and rapidly becomes a Who's Who of the longevity and bioregulator space. Sayer Ji. Dave Asprey. Christian Drapeau. The Opticeutical Standard codifies twenty years of practice into a framework, and Ian moves from founder of a product line to founding curator of a category.
A standard is the only defense a category has against its own dilution. Without one, the word "longevity" means whatever the highest bidder says it means.
